Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by ID Bosnia Tours via our website, email, phone, or in person. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Offered

ID Bosnia Tours provides private and group tours, multi-day packages, and customized travel experiences throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina.

3. Booking

Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or email. A booking is confirmed only after we receive a deposit or full payment. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is finalized.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made 3–6 days before the tour: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour: no refund
  • No-shows are non-refundable

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in EUR or BAM. Prices may vary based on the number of participants or customized requests. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or cash (by arrangement).

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time at the agreed meeting point
  • Have valid identification or travel documents
  • Follow safety and guide instructions
  • Inform us in advance about any health or dietary issues

7. Liability Disclaimer

ID Bosnia Tours is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss incurred during the tour, unless caused by our gross negligence. We are not responsible for delays or changes due to weather, traffic, or force majeure events.

8. Changes to the Tour

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries or cancel activities due to safety, weather, or operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer alternatives or refunds where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarajevo.
